Coaching Model for Improving Literacy Instruction
Coach visits every classroom to identify an aspect of literacy instructional procedures or curriculum components to be strengthened. (Panoramic Group)

Coach will provide precise targeted goals for each classroom to administrators and guide administration as they monitor and facilitate the restructuring of literacy classrooms, school-wide.
Coach is available by phone or email to all staff and administrators anytime during the coaching period to answer questions, address concerns and provide support.
